breakfast was not good . * Compared to mid-range and luxury hotels

I booked a room with balcony, but unfortunately couldn’t enjoy it due to the smell of the cook from the restaurant.

Our coffee machine didn't work and it took 2 and a half days to finally get one that did.

I had an excellent stay at The Berkeley, Maybourne Hotel Group. The hotel blends classic luxury with a modern, refined atmosphere, and everything felt thoughtfully curated from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained. I especially loved the calm ambiance and attention to detail—it made the stay feel truly special. The service was outstanding as well; the staff were warm, professional, and always attentive without being overwhelming. The location is another highlight, perfectly placed for exploring London while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. ✨ Overall, The Berkeley, Maybourne Hotel Group delivers a sophisticated and memorable experience. I’d happily stay here again

I generally love this hotel and have stayed here before. The property itself is very pleasant, the food is very good, the beds are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is nice. The spa and the gym are absolutely fantastic and, in my opinion, the best part of the hotel. During the second and third nights, the team did make a real effort to improve the experience, and the upgraded room was quite Unfortunately, there was a very serious issue with how my stay was handled. The first night I was placed in a terrible room, right next to a service door, simply because I booked through Booking and the rate was considered lower. I was woken up at around 7:30 AM by cleaning carts and constant noise coming from that service area, which was unacceptable. I complained through Booking and tried to raise the issue, but no one responded or seemed willing to help. Although I was later moved to a better room, I was charged significantly more in pounds than the rate I had agreed on through Booking, and again, no one addressed or explained this. It was very frustrating, and the first night completely ruined the start of the stay.

The staff is outstanding. The restaurant is wonderful for breakfast, the serene spa and pool are excellent for easing jet lag. The rooms are lovely with the most refined amenities. And you can’t beat the location for strolling in Hyde part and shopping. Nothing

It’s very sad in this day and age in the 21st century that the in room dining at night is not accommodating for wheat free vegans. The dinner I had, pasta and breaded rolls was not fresh. It was from a packet, not freshly made. Very disappointing indeed. Given the food I could have bought at my local Waitrose supermarket and would taste better and be 1/5 price.

Staff lovely. Stayed there 20 years ago. All changed now. No actual foyer. Check in and out is a low seat. No desk. One bar very noisy. Breakfast in sister hotel attached. Very nice but the Berkeley only has a coffee dock for breakfast/coffee

I liked the location of the property as well as the amenities and the spa. Love the cedric grolet bakery as well as the rooms. Special thanks to Sid for his treatment and attending to me when i faced issues with the room. Too many visitors from outside the property and is buzzing
