Convenient location right in the middle of town yet quiet . First class breakfast and friendly service with wonderful views on the riverside terrace. Instructions for the entry codes sent to us well it advance and worked perfectly- no keys to lose. Good sized room , in top condition. Nothing , it was great

Really great room. Large, clean, attractive. Best we had on our whole trip. Great breakfast in adjoining cafe or out on patio/deck. It’s very conveniently located, meaning it is smack dab in the middle of the tourist fray. But very tranquil inside the property itself.

Really lovely property, busy by day with the cafe and watersports centre but lovely and quiet by night. Loved the atmosphere and in a perfect location.

Lovely family room. Amazing communication via email, when I had a question that needed answering, no long waiting times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be going back. Finding a parking space.

We had a perfect stay. The room was really elegant and comfortable and very spacious with a beautiful view. We appreciated the door code locks, which meant we didn't have to worry about who had the keys. The location was right near the bridge so we took a lot of riverside walks. The cafe overlooking the river was brilliant and the breakfast was fabulous - probably the best hotel breakfast ever. Really, really good coffee and a fantastic choice of food including vegan and vegetarian. The staff were brilliant and let us check in early too. Could not have been better. If we'd stayed another day we would have loved to take part in their rafting activities on the river too. Nothing.
