Easy to find this property and there was free street parking in the evening. There were very few restaurants in the area.

The location close to everything that you must see in le havre. But stop 100m from hotel. Good restaurant around hotel. Clean room. New funiture, comfly bed No change new toilet paper for new check in. No spoon or stick for coffee. Noisy at night if you open the balcony door. Just little detail that lack.It ok for short stay

Although a very tiny balcony. The view was very nice. I enjoyed the rainforest shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall good polite staff. The breakfast could be more extensive.

Room was fine, Need more hooks to hang towels, Our room was a little noisy because was faced a plaza that had a bar/restaurant right below us. Not that big of a deal.

The location was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but would have preferred some toiletries. The buffet breakfast was perfect. Replacing soap in the bathroom. Shower gel dispenser didn't work. ( Had ton taken the top off to use )

Perfect location right downtown. Spacious rooms. Clean. Breakfast was good (for this type of hotel). Nothing.

Worst experience in my life. First they gave us a dirty room (not cleaned, dirty used towels and bed sheets, trash in the middle of the bathroom). After our complaint they gave us a room with no functioning toilet. The toilet was full of feces from guests before and you could smell it. They could not offer another room and it was past midnight. Still they wanted us to pay for the room. So they basically charge money while not fulfilling the minimum criteria of a hotel. We have proof for everything. The staff confirmed the situation via e-mail. Still they refuse to fully refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property is clean, the staff is very sympathetic and welcoming, everyone made sure that we spent a good time. The property had a lot of documents and information about the city which helped us a lot since we did not know anything about the city before. The city center isn’t that far, 7 to 10min by foot which is great and the beach is like 15min by foot which gives you the opportunity to walk through the side of the beach before getting to it. Nothing to be honest, is a must do, for its location its worth the stay.
