The worker's were nice and that's it.... Room was nasty, stain wall, carpet, and dusty headboard and dressers. Bathroom toilet loud noise when flushing and drain slow. Bathtub drain slow and so did the bathroom sink. So be careful when booking this place online, because it's nothing like the pictures...

I am writing this review to warn anyone traveling with a boat or trailer to Tropicana Laughlin. They urgently need better lighting, more security cameras, and active security patrols in the boat/oversized parking lot. While staying here, roughly $700 worth of valuable equipment was stolen. I filed an official police report and notified hotel management, but so far, no one has followed up or provided any assistance. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a hotel stay only to deal with theft and zero accountability from management. Until they take guest security seriously and upgrade the lighting and surveillance in that parking area, I recomment to take your expensive property inside the hotel

Room was very dirty When we checked in the bathroom was dirty bed sheets were dirty the whole room was dirty Old and dirty and the room stay was not cheap

Put us in a smoking room while I had booked a nonsmoking room and bed was uncomfortable only three pillows on a king bed small tv far walk to casino and garage

First room was disappointing, pool was good.most of staff was good. Lounge with live music was great Rooms, be cleaner. Restaurants stay open longer

Called for housekeeping room more than an hour to show up with the wrong thing. We had a remote that did not work for the tv.

The only down side about our visit was that they weren't able to give us room keys when we checked in. We ended up waiting around 3 hours before we could get them.

No fridge called housekeeping took forever to get one my insulin was in cooler. Very noisy no food for late nights we never got housekeeping to clean our rooms we had to call for towels
