The hotel stay was great. Rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent. It was covienientanly located with lots of choices of things to do and places to eat. 10 out of 10 for me. Pool was great, very clean

Lovely property close to making attractions. One of the beds had a mattress the has met its lifespan. The mattresses need replacing had a sinking spot.

It was clean and as promised, pretty good pricing , should be 6 towels and more soap and shampoo in a room meant for 6. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and workers were pleasant and polite

We were slightly nervous when we booked due to the lobby picture online which appeared “old, less modern”. We stayed in a 2 Queen suite. The room was super clean. We used the pool and hot tub during our stay. Other than the pool being cold in my opinion that didn’t stop my husband and kids from spending hours in there. Staff were pleasant. We took advantage of the continental breakfast which had something for everyone. Overall great experience, we would stay again.

Very clean, very friendly front desk staff The pool was overclorinated causing our eyes to burn a bit. The breakfast was lacking a bit with no eggs or breakfast meat. There was sausage gravy. Also one of the breakfast attendants was rude, turning off the juice bar as I was filling up my glass. It was 9:30 on the dot.

This is our 5th year down to Lancaster and our 2nd year staying here. Our kids loved the pool and definitely got as much time as they could in it. The beds and space for us was perfect along with the many Breakfast options. I enjoyed having a Gym and unlimited coffee!
