I am giving 9* for a great stay and an additional 1* as an apology for an accidental bad review that almost gave the hotel staff a heart attack. My stay - smaller sized rooms but very stylish and cozy. Had a great sleep there. Breakfast was super nice with a local bits to taste. Location is superb and staff wonderful. Thank you so much!

Food was good and varied We had to change rooms because TV and air conditioner stopped working but staff handled efficiently. They tried to charge me for an airport taxi I did not use but we worked it out. Breakfast was very good and included in price for room. Overall a good hotel experience and I would stay here again.

Staff arranged my taxi to and from the airport left my bag at the hotel after check in while i looked around the town room was clean and good size shower was perfect Nothing bad to say

Amazing hotel in the heart of Krakow, within easy walking distance of the Main Square and surrounded by a clean, safe neighborhood. We really loved our stay—the hotel has a charming boutique feel and was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast area in the basement was a wonderful touch. We would gladly stay here again. Nothing significant stands out as a negative. The only minor drawback was that the on-site restaurant either has very limited hours or was not always available when we wanted to use it. Other than that, our experience was excellent.

The staff was very caring and helpful in providing information about locations for restaurants, sightseeing and other places of interest.

The location is great, very close to the Old Town. The room is quite big, with comfy beds and a good sofa. The view was directly into another building, so I had to keep all the blinds closed. The chair was dirty—I didn't even want to guess what was on it. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom, and the ceiling was covered in mold.

Very nice 3 star hotel in beautiful Krakow. Ladies at the reception were kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. No complaints at all for the price they charge. Location is great. Just 7 to 8 minutes from the Old city. Nothing

The lift was out of service for two days and after day out you want find it happy to go upstairs to the fourth floor and we had to make the check out and we had to get down the stairs the luggages but they send us one of the staff to help us. We are grateful for the help thank you.

The breakfast was delicious. They offered a variety of breakfast foods every morning. I liked everything about my stay at Hotel Logos Kraków. The staff even helped me to find a nearby device repair store when I accidentally broke my phone.
