Room clean but basic

This was the economy choice and for an economy choice hotel, this was a nice surprise. Comfortable, Quiet, Clean, rustic in the best way and modern where you needed it. The service people were so kind and hard working. I will be back and I will stay again! It is so close to the town square and I was traveling solo but felt comfortable walking to and from my destinations. Everything right there and for a great value (considering the $$$$ other options. )

The location was great, just steps from town square shops and restaurants. We attended a concert at Snow King and that was also just a short walk away. The rooms are in major need of a refresh and deep cleaning.

The decor and accommodations were very helpful! Having a room with 3 beds available was great for our family!

Location was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast options. All day coffee !! Friendly staff. Nothing, we loved everything.

Location was excellent. It’s a tired old motel with a perfunctory breakfast. I had a broken light fixture by my bed. The staff didn’t seem to care. Friendlier staff. Better maintenance. It was pricey $450 per night for a tired old motel?! Really?

Proximity to the centre of town and parking good . A lot of space in the family rooms. Cheap for Jackson hole but one understands why after staying there. The customer service at reception were not friendly at all, they were rude with their lack of communication. In over 40years of travel I have never met such rude reception staff. No welcome or even a smile. I felt I was a nuisance asking if I could park our car in the car park before our room was ready. It was pouring with rain and we had 2 toddlers. Interestingly on booking over the phone they were very helpful. Depends which day you arrive and who you get. Rooms are dark and the in one room it was not pleasant to walk on the carpet it felt slightly damp. One room was musty and the air conditioning very noisy.

I like the log cabin, feel very nice room and the front desk. People are very nice. I think her name was Janelle. It’s Sunday and I just checked in to the Alpine in the front desk, ladies were very nice! Nothing

Good location-close to main St

Room clean, and quiet. This is a upgraded motel, but OK. All rooms in Jackson are expensive.

Simple breakfast, but room is very clean The price is high, but I think this is a common problem in Jackson

Solid motel a but pricey but Jackson hole in general is expensive these days and this was the best price and it’s super centrally located which is fantastic. I think I would stay here again and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
