Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Told us about places to visit with lots of detail.
-
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It had a fan, which was nice for cooling and white noise, and all the amenities we needed. The property itself was old and dated. Old, dated, not a hugely comfortable place to spend time in.

Property was clean and well kept no issues whatsoever

Room location and size. Pet friendly No food served on Monday and Tuesday . Some local characters made us feel uncomfortable in bar

It was spacious and comfortable for our family. My husband and I had our toddler with us and it was wonderful. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. We are definitely coming back the next time we visit Scotland!

This was a fabulous place! As someone with gluten and dairy allergies it was so wonderful to be able to walk in and order anything to eat, not have to think about what has gluten/dairy in it or not. Everyone was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to.

Friendly staff The hotel is very dated and needs a complete renovation. Peeling paint work and shabby exterior. Not sure when a window cleaner last visited, my guess is, a very long time ago!

Excellent breakfast. Clean room

Super friendly staff. Rooms a bit tired leaking windows Noise as we were above a pub with a six year mold. Not that much fun.

Friendly staff and wonderful food . Beds super comfortable Nothing ... All good

Spotless, comfortable, welcoming and convenient The owner Andrew was brilliant. Very attentive, friendly and welcoming

I really liked the staff, when we checked in, the lady was training a young gentlemen, and she informed him not to say the room number a loud for privacy, which I truly appreciated as a woman. You never know who is listening. The staff were all wonderful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The room we got was a little small, and the bed was a little hard, but other than that, very nice.

The staff go out of there way to help you. The food was phenomenal. I didn't want to leave! They're was nothing about this place we didn't like.

Location outside of Inverness in the countryside, close to Kirkhill and Beauly. Despite being along a larger road, it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly. Good to know is that staff are not at the facility at night and the main door is locked around 9 pm. Guests are able to exit and enter via the back door any time of day. The property was clean. Beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had several items that need to be repaired including the towel holder, TP holder, fan, and shower head holder.

The food was absolutely out of this world I would even go as far as to say I would travel the 160 miles from Glasgow to here just for a meal ? Only wee problem was the shower as it kept going from cold to boiling

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Friendly , quiet, comfortable and clean. I was transiting from Aberdeen airport to Ullapool ferry early the next morning. This was the perfect stopping point, offering relaxing food and beverage experience and an early bedtime for early rise. 2 Lovely locals came in for dinner and provided entertaining and informative info for my trip to Lewis and Skye. Priceless! Honestly, nothing. Was the perfect place to gather my thoughts for the next few days and lay my head after a long transit.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located off the main road with lots of parking. Breakfast was not great.

Loved the location away from Inverness. The dinner we had there was great and the staff very helpful.

We liked the roadside inn vibe at this hotel. It was right on the road where we were heading out of town, so a perfect location for us. The staff was quite friendly and the room was comfortable. The price was right, too! This property is a bit tired, but the price reflects the fact that it’s not a top notch place.
