Location was good. That’s the only positive thing was there. I was unable to get on the wi-fi when j asked the staff for help she told me to read the paper that she gave me I followed the instructions on the paper and still was unable to log in

Close to our destination and walking distance to town. I could tell it was a dated facility and the amenities showed it

The staff was great. The hotel needs a lot of upgrades and the breakfast was not very good. Not a lot of variety. The hotel itself had a musty smell. The location is going as it is near everything.

Location was good. Very near to Hershey Chocolate World. Clean bathroom. Comfy beds. Disappointed with continental breakfast. We went to the breakfast room during the designated hours. There were only 4 bagels, cereal and a juice machine. No hot water for tea, very little coffee and no cups. No staff were to be found in the office or to replenish supplies.

Location convenient for concert. Adequate parking. 2 pillows 2 bath towels could have used more. Room 24 is very small. No closet. Small bathroom. Air conditioner very noisy. Breakfast was toast and cereal. Coffee maker in room no coffee or tea bags. Room needs new everything. Peeling wall paper.

Everyone I talk to could not get on the Internet, the girl tried what she could do phones don’t work even call the office. Hotel is run down. There’s a door outside that is missing that goes into two hotel room. dated furniture very tiny rooms. There’s a fee if there’s a stain on a towel which I’ve never heard tiny TV with hardly any channels. They said no pets allowed. I don’t think a pet would want to stay here. We pay for two days did not stay. The second day stayed at Days Inn which is much better but had to pay an extra $200 for the trip.

I was highly dissatisfied. I spent almost $800 for 3 nights and the property was not nearly as it is made to appear on the pictures. I think the pictures should be updated to reflect a more accurate representation of what you will get . It was listed as a hotel but it’s a motel . The room was dirty , out dated , tub was dirty . There were bugs all around the outside door and dead Bugs in the inside. Falsely advertised that breakfast was included but it’s not, unless you call a bagel and cornflakes breakfast

Nothing This is a Motel. Room was Moist Old facilities. Not great security. Felt so uncomfortable with the hotel that I left at almost midnight.

The room was clean There was no breakfast, no wifi, and to make matters worse, no smoking (had me stressing). I checked out a day early because how is it that we set foot in the place and there was no service at all.

Air-conditioning was not working properly in the room dirty towels and bathroom had a really bad smell

We loved the pool! It was so clean and refreshing! We loved the shower, it was better than ours at home! The appliances worked extremely well, including the air conditioning, the refrigerator, the microwave, the TV and the hair dryer. The BEST part was the bed! I had the best nights sleep I've had in many years!! The bedding was crisp and clean, with that fluffy hotel feel! The blackout curtains were a huge help! I love to sleep in, and there was literally no light coming through to wake me! The owner was super accommodating. When we saw we had been booked to a room with no balcony, we simply asked him if we could switch rooms, and for a very reasonable fee, we were moved to a room that suited us perfectly! We agree with other guests that the breakfast was scant. But honestly, it is advertised that your stay includes one breakfast item, not a whole continental breakfast. There was plenty of hot, fresh coffee.
