Proximity to Hershey park, clean, tasty breakfast

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are very spacious. The staff could be friendlier. We got to breakfast area a few minutes before 10am and while we were in the middle of toasting our bagels, the staff member locked the refrigerator with butter, yogurts and cream cheese. They didn’t even bother to ask if we were going to need anything from the refrigerator. There wasn’t much to chose from in the first place but we couldn’t even grab a piece of fruit or anything because they were literally taking it away as we were standing there. I understand that breakfast is served until 10am but if someone is already in the middle of trying to grab a bite why don’t you extend the gesture and wait for them to help themselves with whatever food was left out there. I was astounded by the lack of friendliness. For a $390 per night room I would expect a little more. Everyone who worked there looked like they were having a bad day.

Not enough parking in their lot for each customer to have a space. There should be hang tags or something to allow each customer with a room a parking space. It waa pourinfg whwn we arrived with two kids ans has to cieclw and circle to fins a spacw. Rhe

Location to the concert venue was the only good thing about it. Oh, and the keys worked on the first try. (Even for the first room we were given with a broken bed frame when we walked in) Basically everything else. Beds were old and sunken in, locks on doors were janky, holes in walls, no hair conditioner, safe was broken and not even mounted to surface, breakfast was waffles and cold stuff, coffee had stuff floating in it. Toilet was so low it was like squatting over a hole in the ground, huge opening under the front door so you heard every hall conversation, and it was completely overpriced.

Great value, close to everything. Nice breakfast. Has parking. Clean and comfy rooms. Would stay again :)

Close to nice places to eat. Just a short drive to the park. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was much smaller than I expected. Only had waffles, toast, fruit, cereal, etc. basically a small continental breakfast

Great location to Hershey Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, everything we needed to get something in our bellies before a full day at the park.

Stayed for a night to attend a concert at Hersheypark Stadium - solid hotel but a bit overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Convenient location to get to the concert and the front desk staff was very helpful though!

Felt more like a motel- overpriced due to summer vacation and proximity to Hersey attractions

This was the perfect hotel for our needs. Next time we visit Hershey, we will stay here again.
