Great place to stay if going to a concert across the street

Went to a concert at the Savemart Center and the hotel is directly across the street which was perfect. The staff was kind and welcoming. Check in was easy. The room was hot initially as we checked in on one of the hottest days of the year and the ac was off. The refrigerator was also unplugged so we had to wait a while for it to cool so we could put our waters in it. The room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Nice, clean, basic but nice. Bed was soft, daily housekeeping.

Clean room , front desk ladies were helpful , parking was good , everything overall was really good and didn't have a problem (:

Reservation wasn't made ready, but another was...weak internet, no spa....noisy and lacked sleep. WAS LAST TIME I HAVE TO USE HOTELS...FOR A WHILE, YEAH!!!!

Hotel staff was exceptional

DO NOT stay here. I was charged $20 a towel for wiping up a spilled diet Pepsi with a towel. A towel that should be washed with bleach anyway! Filthy place. DO NOT waste your money here!

The staff there are really rude. I asked a simple question and the girl at the front desk, rolled her eyes and said what you asking me for.

The wat they charged me. And left out fees until I was paying.

Fine it's Okey, but don't get the room face the street a little bit noisy at night when car pass by.

Air conditioning didn’t work and the front desk was unsympathetic, so we roasted all night in a boiling hot room. Sketchy people loitering around the premises at all hours. Do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean but not the walk way near cherry tree. No jacuzzi. No shampoo or conditioner. Great eateries nearby. Refrigerator freezes everything.

Smoking policy

The location is conveniently located near the highway. The single room is a good price point. The security at the hotel at night made it feel safe. The parking was easy and convenient. The AC in the room worked. The staff was curt and provided only basic information. Not sure if this was for my room in particular, but there was a slight odor in the room and the provided A/C unit also had a slight mildew smell and would occasionally rattle.
