Not the type of breakfast I was expecting

Clean room and quiet

Nothing Smelled like animal pee, dirty, no lights outstanding the building !

Nothing at all Disguisting! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Smelled like Marajuana as soon as my family and I walked through the door to check in at the counter! We went to our assigned room and immediately turned around before walking through the door. Smelled like cat urine and feces. It took our breath away. We immediately went back to check in counter and requested a refund. Another customer was there who said they switched him to a 2nd room after his arrival and he complained and it was worse than the first! Absolutely disguisting and would never stay here! This place needs shut down!

Staff are amazing, professional and friendly!

Location is convenient, in a cluster with several other hotels Very strong odor in the room, dirty refrigerator, carpet felt icky. I made a late reservation, pre-paid in full, but the desk clerk said the reservation was cancelled because “we didn’t show up”. Took a very long time to- up to 30 minutes - for her to find an available room and figure out how to check us in.

Didn't exist No breakfast as advertised, staff was not helpful and I had to ask her to help me as she was on her cell phone with a personal call at the time. Floors were damp/sticky

They cancelled my reservation because they overbooked.

Location It could use a renovation, it is showing sign of advance aging

This was supposed to be non-smoking property. The place smelled of cigarettes and weed as soon as I walked in. I would NOT come back

The staff are very friendly and professional. The facility is is well maintained! I will continue to stay here for my work.

I went into the lobby and had to bang on the counter to get someone's attention, only to be told that the room was not available. I was told I could get another room at an increased price. The lobby also had a terrible smell, and the elevator had an "Out of Order" sign. I told the attendant that I wanted to cancel the stay but was told she couldn't do that. I spent about one and one half hours on the Hotels.com app working my way through AI, one person and then a manager answering the same questions over and over before I was able to get the stay cancelled.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. Upon checking in I was told the elevator wasn’t working. This was a big inconvenience since I was traveling with children and we had to carry all of our bags up. The room smelled like cat pee. I had to find a Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. All the lamps didn’t work and it was only one outlet in the room .I would not recommend stay at this location!!!!!

The location was good. There were many things. First of all the elevator was broken. Second they tried to charge me again once I already paid online via booking.com. I had no shower curtain in my room. There are no hangers in my room either. The free breakfast was terrible.

The elevator was broken, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs ourselves. When we finally got to the room, it was filthy. There were holes in the bed sheets, crumbs all over the floor, and even a hole in the toilet seat. We found hair in the bed and crayon markings on lamp covers. To make matters worse, both the hallway leading to the room and the room itself smelled strongly of urine. I went downstairs to complain and request another room, but the staff told me there was “nothing they could do” and that no other rooms were available. There was no effort made to fix the situation or accommodate us in any way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

I never leave bad reviews but this place was pretty rock bottom. From all the broken glass in the parking lot, the front desk attendant who reeked of body odor and acted like I was bothering her by checking in, to the room that smelled of mildew and dead bugs in the bed, the refrigerator that was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv. If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst I have probably ever stayed in. Oh and the elevator was out as well which is a mechanical issue, but just added to all the other issues with this place.

Didn't like that fact that the staff didn't warn us that the elevator wasn't working until after I paid! I had my elderly grandparents with me that have a hard time climbing steps! Also, they say they serve breakfast but they should be more specific because it's not full course it's only tea.. coffee.. oatmeal packs and maybe bagels. I advice to call and ask questions before booking.

It was great, great staff, clean & very accommodating!!

Property was not clean. It smelled terrible grease on the walls and the floor floors hadn’t been cleaned. This is not a nice place.
