Sleep Inn Franklin - Cool Springs

Key was for occupied room - Black Mold - Cracked Mirror. Shut this place down! Our room key was coded for an occupied room, so at 3 a.m. at our arrival, we walked into a room with a father, his daughters and their big dog. With our dog, this could have been a big dog fight! Plus, going into a room like that could have gotten us shot! After getting a different room, we found black mold in it, and a cracked mirror. These are both health and safety hazards. Combined with a potentially disastrous situation, it was like something out of a bad movie. All the front desk did at that time was apologize for the "inconvenience." DO NOT STAY THERE!

Comfy bed. Big soft pillows. Clean room. Hot shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast was average for hotel (waffles, etc). Highly recommend

The tv did not work, plus wifi was spotty in the room. Bathroom smelled kind of moldy, and there were black spots by the light switch, and two other places close to the bathroom. Hated the flashing light from smoke detector, high on wall.

Sink in room was clogged. Couldn’t use to even brush our teeth. Carpets in hall were discolored. Tub in bath and commode seat were cheap. A downscale place.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Price was good for what we needed. A good enough place to stop over for one night. Didn't get to try the breakfast, but it had waffles, which is a plus. Had a bit of a damp smell and the air conditioning didn't seem to keep up. Paint in the hallways was peeling, which added to the impression there might be moisture issues. Floors in the room weren't the cleanest.

Shower needed a handle and bathroom door frame needed work

On Hotels.com website it showed the pet deposit as $15, but at check-in they charged me $25. Said there was nothing they could do. Hotels.com customer service was no help at all, of course they used the standard “all fees are subject to change”. The property had trash all around it and the pool was covered and hadn’t been used in years.This was in July. The room was ok, nothing to brag about. Do Not Stay Here. There are much better hotels in this area.

Very nice rooms for the price!!! Rooms were very clean!!!

Found a dead bug , staff came and swept it up, first told me housekeeping would get it, it was 4PM.

The property was okay. I didn’t like the area. It was very small as well.

Bathroom was really small a d the beds were were too firm

It was clean. No Internet.

Room appeared newly remodeled. Beds comfortable. Good location.

Halls & stairwells needed vacuuming.

The property was able to work with me to allow me to check in even though I talked to another hotel in the area but booked at this location without being able to cancel. They made it work and I appreciate that. Convenient

The breakfast was good. While I probably would not have gotten in the pool our grandchildren was at another hotel had they been with us it would have been very disappointing.

Room pleasant, good value. Just needed a clean place to sleep and go on down the road. Ecpected basics - got just that. Saved a few dollars Just a little more variety for continental bkfst.

Check in was easy room was clean it was a nice stay

No ac or hot water. No one at front desk. I di not recommend anyone to stay there

Everything was refreshed everyday and the temperature in the room was nice without being loud (some a/c units are loud and mine was not). I was also concerned about being RIGHT NEXT to the elevator but I could not hear it operate so that was great. Everyone was friendly and things were clean. They cleaned my room daily, but there was something that felt like "film" on the flooring (not the carpet) if I was barefoot. Other than that, I have no issues at all. It is a nice place to stay and I will consider it for my next time (in January)
