Location was good, service was great. I found the bed very firm. Shower is small.

Good bedding and towels. Clean room. It was relative to the area reasonable value for money. First impression was poor, at best looks like a work in progress!

I had booking for 6 rooms, and during booking the breakfast was selected for 1 room. The hotel has accomodated breakfast for all of us with no additional charges. They were very friendly and overall was smooth experience

Room and bedding was very good. We skipped having breakfast there. Bathroom could have been better.

There was unfortunately very little to highlight positively. The rooms appeared to be clean, and the beds were decent and nicely presented. Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. The reception service was practically non-existent and felt very unprofessional. Both the rooms and the hotel itself gave the impression of being unfinished. One of our rooms had no heating at all, and we were extremely cold during the night. There was also no wardrobe — just what looked like an empty space in the wall where one was perhaps supposed to be installed. The layout of the hotel was extremely strange and confusing, almost like a maze. To reach our room, we actually had to walk through the bar/restaurant, which made the whole setup feel chaotic and poorly planned. Our other room was located close to the reception and had virtually no soundproofing. The noise from cars passing outside throughout the night made it extremely difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel felt unfinished, poorly organised and not ready to provide the level of comfort and service you would reasonably expect from a hotel.

Very clean. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly and keen to help. A bit dated and needs some work. Our group of 11 was almost too much for staff to deal with for dinner. Food very average and not as described on menu.

The warm welcome. The beds were new and the laundry was clean. Showers were warm. We booked three rooms which were separated across the hotel. In one room the window had no lock and no heating I could have contacted the 24hr call out service but as it was early hours in the morning I moved to another room due to feeling vulnerable.
