The location is superb and the staff were all super frenedly and very helpful, with excellent knowedge of the hotel faciltiies and the surounding areas. I would most defifniatly recommend this place if you are wanted to visit lots of the sites in Paris. Nothing was out of place or needed to be addressed, so I do not have any feedback around a negative for this hotel or our trip. Thank you and we hope to vsiti again soon.

I was offered a courtyard facing room as it was supposed to be a quieter location. Unfortunately the Courtyard area is shared by other neighbouring properties and the noise prevented me from sleeping between 2.am and 4am.

Its reasonably priced in a great central location. Its modern and some check in staff are really cool. OK so lets be 100% honest ... the cleaning staff ... well they smell like they have allergy to showering and washing ... the whole corridor stinks of them. This is such bad management because anyone who walks there can smell it immediately. The bedsheets ... well frankly it smells like the cleaning staff are sleeping there .... the sheets stink of stale sweat and myself and girlfriend woke up at 4 am and felt sick. Its not the first time as i stayed before and thought it was just a one off so as an idiot i booked again. Exactly the same. Here is how aweful it was ... i booked 4 nights fully paid and left after 1 night. I emailed them after i left and got a lame AI response blah blah .... management think its ok to smell like a wet dog and that is why they do nothing. Keep my money and buy some deodorant for your cleaning staff and wash and iron and make your sheets smell nice .. not like a dogs bottom.
