Absolutely nothing. This place was beyond horrible and should not represent a Hilton name Rooms were disgusting, lobby air did not work, night shift girl sat on her phone the entire time and even when standing you had to say excuse me as she would not acknowledge you. The elevators were very sketchy and out of date for renewal check fee. No beach access. Rooms smelled like pure animals and wet dog. Our other room you couldn’t open the balcony door without using all of your weight to open and close it. The pool was disgusting with so much crap floating in it. The phone don’t work in any of the rooms. Ice machine didn’t work on multiple floors including ours. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE FOR ONE NIGHT!

It was clean and breakfast was pretty good The elevator system was weird and the stairs to the beach was closed. Also, my toilet was broken and I reported to the front desk right after checkout. I had to go downstairs to use the toilet and finally the maid got someone to come fix it Saturday evening. So I went the whole first night not being able to use my toilet

Being on the beach was nice. We didn't have direct access to the beach because two boards needed to be replaced at the bottom of the steps. Most people were just hopping the gate.

The Breakfast was nice and Hot.Im a late sleeper so unfortunately I only ate once out of my 4 day stay.But when I did eat it was quite lovely. I loved EVERYTHING!!!!

Super nice and helpful staff! The front desk staff always greeted us when we entered, a maintenance man kept us from entering an elevator he was about to clean so we avoided a mess someone had made, and the lady who monitors breakfast went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

This was the worst Hampton Inn that I've ever stayed at.

Go to any Hampton Inn again. From the beginning the person in front desk mage is feel unwelcome, room wasn’t ready while other people who reserve the room directly with the hotel room was ready even we heard the front desk person saying we have room ready from 200 and up, our room was not ready because we reserved from third party and we had to wait 30 minutes after The time to check in, front desk person told us come back in a few, what kind of answer is that for a family waiting for the room, not welcome package because same reason, third party reservation. We felt discriminated. You lost a client and I will pass this incident to family and friend so they won’t have this bad moment and experience.

Storm damage ( 2 year old) prevented direct beach access.

The parking was horrendous, unfortunately. That would be my only complaint.

Breakfast was phenomenal; our view of the beach was breathtaking. Such a great location; our room was very clean and nice! This hotel is located close to the private beach houses and condos, so the crowd at the beach was minimal, which was so nice. The parking was horrendous, unfortunately. Offered free breakfast The beach access was broken. Had to pay for parking and had to park across the street. Pool was filthy clumps of hair all in it. Receptionist was rude. Had high hopes for hotel. Never been disappointed with a Hampton hotel.

Great value for the price. Nice clean room and generous breakfast.
