Motel 6 Claremont, CA

The location was decent. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke and urine. There were bugs in the room. The curtains were ripped and the bathroom door was warped and didn’t close all the way. There were marks on the walls and chipped paint. The handle for the sink faucet was broken. No one came to clean the room or give us fresh towels and we were there for three nights. Although the price was nice, it was not worth it for the condition of the room and the service we received. The outdoor area looks nice but don’t be fooled into thinking that means the inside of the rooms are nice.

It was really clean and everyone is very nice the workers are very helpful I’ll be back here soon once day!

Parking easy and safe. Great location for dinning in. Staff is great and accommodating.

While the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was horrid. Not only was there hair across the bedding, but there was a used towel and previous guest’s clothing in the bathroom. The staff was kind enough to help me get a full refund and also offered a separate room even with the refund.
