A little bit shabby room, bed not made well . Nice location great view.

We come here quite a bit. We usually love everything about it. Our hall was smokey, our room stunk of cigarette smoke, vomit on wall, and loud thumping music from room next door.
-
Large complex with plenty to see and do for a weekend. The text assistant that helped a great deal within seconds. The room had a dirty pillow with make up and hair and never could get the toilet to flush properly. The management was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that during check in the front desk told us if we wanted a non smoking room we had to upgrade. I reserved a nonsmoking room and they told me since it was a third party reservation, Expedia it was our problem and it would be an up charge because that’s the rooms they provide (smoking rooms) asked to speak to a manager and they said they weren’t going to charge us because there were no smoking rooms left. I use Expedia often and never have I run into a smoking nonsmoking room issue. Besides that the casino was fun, the Italian restaurant was delicious and the staff working the casino were so kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable but the cleaning could be a little better. Still overall it is a nice place to visit.

When you are in your room and want to call housekeeping, room service, the front desk or anywhere else in the hotel or casino, do not count on it. Every day and every time we tried to call anyone from our room, we were put on hold for at least 20-25 minutes and finally we had to hang up. They have no hotel operator but all calls go thru the hotel operator so you cannot call any department directly. If you do not care about service then the hotel is ok. They have several different food options and the casino is very large. The rooms are ok and clean. Unfortunately, when I needed towels or to ask about cleaning my room, I had no one to call.

Perfect stay. Only one , i did not want to leave! Even the people who cleaned our room was perfect and one sang to us! I felt all the staff that was connected to the casino and hotel were there to make our stay the best , Which i thank you.

The elevators were glitching just enough to be unsettling, doors acting blocked and sounding a tone despite not being blocked in one. Another one was stuck on the second floor because it kept resetting all the floors pressed Although I did book “room assigned on arrival,” I would not have done so if I had known I would have to pay $25 more a night for a non-smoking room— I wouldn’t have imagined that in this century a hotel would assign a smoking room. It’s a nice casino, great selection, and all the staff I interacted with (except the kid who charged me for a non-smoking room) were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with paying $20. More for checking in 45: minutes early. Never had that before.Hotels always checked to see if your room was available.Plus I did book a month early.

Elevators looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Rooms were ok but could have been cleaner.

Have a good night and my wife enjoy the casino plus food court.

The casino was nice. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, but they need to explain things in detail better. We had Gordon Ramsay and the food was really good. The price was fair for the meal. It was my first time staying and I wasn't aware I had to use the key card on the elevator. That wasn't explained at check in. Even if it wasn't my first stay, they should tell their guests that. It seemed that they had new staff at check in because everyone was unsure and asking each other questions. I did valet parking and asked for a cart to roll my luggage on and they didn't have any in sight. They stated they didn't keep them down there, so that was frustrating having to carry all my bags through check-in and all the way up to the room, which I stayed on the 5th floor. It was a very long walk. Check-in wasn't the best experience. I kinda had to figure things out on my own.
