Staff was rude, witnessed the front desk lady harassing a guest, elevator was slow and hardly working. Room wasn’t fully clean breakfast was left over from the day before

I was not told the night before or that morning. When I was able to exit, I spoke to him on the matter and he laughed it off. You cannot confine guests in rooms leaving them unable to vacate. Plastic tarp or not. I’m going to Choice Hotels -Wyndham corporate and the BBB on this matter. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Woman at front desk was nice! That’s all i got as far as good feedback. I was moved after I asked after being in my room Saran wrapped in a room breathing in mold and asbestos. Traveling and asking for consideration for guests shouldn’t be this hard.

This hotel is in horrible condition. They are supposedly going through an insurance claim due to a water leak. It would have been nice to have been notified that they would be taking down the drywall, carpet and ceiling tiles while I was in my room!! Dust was coming from underneath the door. I opened the door and I found that they sealed the hallway with plastic. Right over my door. I couldn’t get out of my room

Bathroom had mold in the corners, the water was coming out brown. The hallways and rooms smelt baddly of BO and smoke . Defiantly not my favorite. Checked out within the hour of checking in

Room had syrup or honey on two table surfaces. No washcloths or handtowels.

missing hair dryer, area in front of the indoor AC was wet, i waited more than 25 mints on the front desk because no one was there.

Old and dated rooms, pool had no chairs with water looking icky. Front desk had no pool towels. Only thing I liked was I didn't have to leave a deposit.

The smell

This property was really badly broken down. The elevator would close the door, a quarter of the way four times and then finally it would close all the way down with the alarm screaming the bedroom was OK. The breakfast was just got awful. This is a really cheap hotel and in this case you get what you pay for if you want to save money it's good to go there but otherwise if you want a nice hotel, I would not go to the Baymont.
