The property was clean and the suitcase room suite was spacious. Staff were friendly and quick during check-in. Also, hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants.

I have room with 2 queen bed, room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is great much better than many other place,

The environment is very good, but WiFi is very hard to connect. I took over 30 mins to finally get the WiFi. The shower is leaking water. Otherwise, it is good. I like the breakfast.

Best hotel in Wake County

Had a weekend getaway with my daughter and grand baby. This was the perfect place. Clean rooms, and a great breakfast.

Room was clean and nicely furnished. Only real complaint is the bathroom door latch was busted and could not be latched.

Great experience

Not ready to check in until almost 5 as they could clean rooms in time. This impacted MANY people. I would think a hotel would be prepared to turn over all rooms by 3pm..

Property was close to the Carter-Findley stadium where we attended a concert and to many shops and restaurants. Hotel was unprepared for large amounts. Hotel should’ve know a concert was happening and been prepared for extra housekeeping. Had to check in an hour late. We also had to suggest to the staff to create a list because they were giving rooms away to whoever without a system. Parking was also insufficient for amount of guest. We had to park too far away after a long night. Do not stay here if you are attending a concert. No one was on staff at midnight when we had many questions as well. Hotel needs to address this for future events. I will choose an airbnb from now on.

The hotel ppl opened my door before departure with out knocking

Tatiana was a great worker in the am. She worked alone one morning and just got the job done. The pool needed more ventilation. I enjoyed that you could swim any time of year but it was a little dank.

Excellent hotel with full amenities. Seating is limited for families at breakfast on the weekend, get down early.

Upon entering I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious for all of us in the room. I was pleased with my stay and would return if needed to. The commute was easy to the hotel and many shops/places to eat nearby.

When we checked into our room, the AC wasn't working properly, and it was a hot one that day. We wanted to cool off and relax in the pool, but it was green and offered no respite from the heat. It was hotter in the pool than outside. When we wanted to get some ice for our drinks, the dadgum ice machine wasn't working! C'mon. You have to have the ice machine working during the summer months. Overall, our stay was brief, but the amenities they offered were nowhere near what you would expect from a national chain like that. I know they can do better. Maybe next time.

Our stay was relaxing. The hotel is super clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We had no complaints about our stay and would book to stay again.

It was ok everything beside the fact that I booked a 2 bedroom and they just gave me a 1 bed and it’ was just not fair because I did paid for the the beds options😫
