Tv not operating, and showers were extremely hot, even cold was hot. Other than that -great stay.

Booked our room months prior to our stay. The room we booked was sold out. Tried to talk to a manager. Everyday the answer was the manger will be in tomorrow. Rude and clueless staff.

Clean and quiet room with comfortable bed. Helpful friendly staff and great location. The breakfast was excellent and our waitress was outstanding. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spacious rooms. Quiet. Receptionist was welcoming Tired. Long winding hallways. Lobby was drab. Parking was a problem (inadequate capacity).

I love staying there. Parking is free but gets filled quickly. The rooms are clean as is the hotel, lobby and restaurant. The food is excellent. I only wish the bar and restaurant would open earlier than 5:00

Very nice hotel in a great location in the pruneyard. Was checked in hour and a half late because room not cleaned yeah. However staff was good about it and try to accommodate.

Parking lot was full and many of the cars didn’t have the double tree permit and I had to mark quite far with my hands pretty full.
