Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jackson - South

The hotel served it's purpose. I receive a good night's rest. Otherwise the amenities were not to standard. The WIFI was non-existent, the television did not have a signal, and the staff does not pick up from the telephone line. Also the building appears to be run down a little. Lastly, no one responded to my message days prior to check-in to accommodate my infirmity (Achilles Tendon Post-op Recovery) to acquire a first floor assessable room. Nevertheless, I rate to hotel a 3 for it was convenient to get to my destinations and no one bothered me in or out of the hotel.

Shower did not work and microwave and refrigerator was dirty

No amenities, room was clean. No housekeeping for my 2 night stay. It was noted if I wanted clean/dry towels, there was an extra fee. I was told to take my own garbage out. I made reservation online (expedia) at checkin I was charged and additional $100 deposit. Would not recommend unless you need a place to sleep

The lady at the desk was a little rude and my room smelt so bad . It wasn’t dirty but had a very bad odor and I ask to switch rooms and they couldn’t do it cause they supposedly didn’t smell anything. When I was trying to check out the lady that was suppose to be at the desk was in the back on the phone being all loud. I never could get her attention and just left my keys on the counter and went got another room somewhere else . I do not recommend!

The Extended Stay in Byram Mississippi charged me double but Hotels customer service fixed everthi g thank you hotels.com

tub was not clean, toilet kept stopping up without tissue, no pots or pans to cook with. Workers never be at the desk, but outside on phone or in a hotel room sleeping.
