Manager was great and very willing to make things right. However, parts of the water park are always closed. We’ve been here 4 times and it has never been fully functioning. Also, the hours for the indoor part are awful. Not up open until 2. Would be really annoying if the indoor part was actually functioning. Also, they started charging for breakfast and it’s not any better than a free hotel breakfast. May be finding another spot. We do like the room set up with the bunk beds.

We booked our room then found out the water park is closed M-W so when you book watch the dates. The staff was so nice they gave us a free breakfast to make up for it. The breakfast was a buffet. It wasn’t bad. It’s $9 I probably wouldn’t buy their breakfast buffet but it wasn’t worth it to me. Their out side pool was open we used it. It was nice not deep but something to keep the heat away. We spent more time playing in the kids pool than the big kids. It was kinda fun. They have a nice gift shop with snacks and drinks. The play room with games wasn’t bad had a few fun games, my husband and daughter played at the pool table. That was a bonus for my husband. They also have a cotton candy machine which I’ve never seen before. It was kinda expensive for cotton candy $8 but the experience of having one made was cool. Their rooms are kinda plain Jane but my daughter loved the bunk bed room like having her own little room with a tv. The only downside fall was kids running around upstairs and you could hear them running across floor. All in all will definitely stay again. Nice little place with friendly staff and stuff to break the boredom.

You can tell the hotel is going through changes and upgrades. It ended up being fine, and honestly we would stay there again. The price was good, the staff was excellent, the food was great, the beds were comfy, and the windows blacked out. Was it everything I hoped in the beginning? No. Was it good? Yes.

The room needed work. The wall next to the bed looked like someone threw up on it and didn’t wash the wall, the lighting was poor, the paint was peeling in the shower ceiling. Looked like there was a leak and someone popped the water bubble but never repaired the ceiling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but wouldn’t rely on the hotels waterpark for a ton of entertainment.

The waterpark was not open on the days that we visited. Make sure that if you want the waterpark to be open while you are there ask first.

Honestly for the price it wasn’t terrible just our room wasn’t clean at all .. there was trash in the floor and under the bed then urine on our toilet .. the food isn’t good at all but the little water park was a plus and the staff was very very nice ! Especially an older lady I didn’t catch her name but she was very welcoming and even gave my kiddos a cupcake!

Had to pay for breakfast. Was not aware of that when we reserved the room. The pool was shut down mid way through our stay and the slides were not in working order

The room was clean but had a stale smell

  • Engine customer May 2026

I booked it because of the water park but it’s only open on weekends and no pool for the kids. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Booked another hotel that had a pool for the other 2 nights.

The property is pretty close to everything so that was nice It was partly my fault but when we booked our stay for Memorial Day weekend (Sunday-Tuesday) I didn’t realize that the waterpark was only open Fri-Sun. The person at the front desk was helpful and nice and did offer for us to check out a day early but we decided to stay. When we walked into our room there was a green Coke bottle top in the floor and a candy wrapper on the night stand, other than that it seemed clean at first but at first impressions it didn’t appear to be clean. I also was not a fan of when our air would kick on it would smell like weed and the elevator also smelled like cigarettes. Neither my husband or I smoke and had to explain to our two children what those smells were. I was not aware the hotel allowed dogs, a dog down the hall from us barked frequently throughout the night. Our kids had fun and that was the main point, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not included, you have to pay 10/pp as of may 2026. There are two large slides and two kids slides and a cabana waterfall to make up the water park attractions that are open. Half the waterpark was closed, but when I called the front desk before the visit and asked if it was open, they said it was. However, they failed to mention only half of it was open and, even then, the part that was opened had one of its attractions under maintenance as well (lazy river.) they also closed pool on memorial day. Room was great and very clean. The kids loved their bunk bed area, but it wasn't air conditioned like the rest of the room and probably needs a fan fixture. The front desk was responsive and nice, if not the best with information.

It’s in a great location near everything in Branson. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. You could tell they’re really putting effort in to updating the places, it’s just got a long way to go. Our room was clean too. We stayed the first weekend the water park was allegedly supposed to be open. The parts they did open had freezing cold water so kids had desire to swim. The one small pool that had warmer water was naturally packed so it was tough for our 5 year old twins to swim. They also randomly shut the one pool down randomly during posted operation hours one afternoon because it wasn’t busy enough.
