Location The bed in our room need could use a new mattress.

Bkfst was great had a variety of bkfst foods.We've stayed here many times and select Grand View each time. Staff are accomadating.

Everything !! The location was perfect. The staff members were amazing. Samantha was just wonderful !! I lost one of my room cards about as soon as we checked in. She was so kind and immediately gave me another one. She was a great first impression of the Grand View !! All of the staff members were so friendly and attentive The hot breakfast each morning was wonderful. The gentleman who prepared everything took such pride with his presentation. There was something for everyone!! The housekeeping staff did the best job !! Not one thing

Room was clean, beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked, breakfast was ok , biscuits were hard and dry.

ROOM WAS CLEAN. IT COULD USE SOME MAINTENANCE BUT WAS CLEAN REGARDLESS. LADY AT CHECK-IN WAS RATHER RUDE. SHE ALSO CLOSED DOWN POOL EARLY AS SHE SAID SHE SAW LIGHTNING...THERE WAS NO LIGHTNING.
