Great stay!!

The television in our room did not work and was not able to be fixed by the front desk personnel. The air conditioner was quite noisy. When the shower was on upstairs, it was very noisy in our room. I should have received a partial refund for no television service.

Laundry room was unavailable which I had planned to use. No accessible electrical outlet on one side of the bed which was needed. Very difficult to move bed to reach outlet. Room was clean. Nice variety of breakfast items.

My bedspread had multiple stains on it. I went down to the desk to notify the same attendant, and she gave me a bedspread and told me I could walk down the dirty bedspread to her. I found stains on the sheets and she did agree to have housekeeping come up and change the setting. Although I had changed the first bedspread housekeeping was very kind and they changed all of the bedding. Breakfast was cold. Cold eggs, cold sausage, and I was able to make a hot waffle because I actually had to make the waffle. There were no sterno’s or electric connections to keep the eggs and the sausage warm. You have no choice but to eat cold food.

Staff was very welcoming. There is no elevator or if there was it was out if order as a heads up. Carrying all our heavy luggage up the stairs was tricky but doable. The pool and hot tub were clean . Breakfast was in lobby but with our early flight unavailable. Clean rooms.

A little older style but everything was well maintained and rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but eggs, sausage and waffles were good.

Excellent bed , pillows And a huge room. Will stay here again
