Perfect location! Very clean hotel & fantastic staff

This property was amazing. I booked a weekend in Boston for my boyfriend’s 60th birthday. The hotel put us in a beautiful room overlooking the water. Upon our arrival the staff were courteous and friendly. We then entered the room to find a bottle of champagne, a card from the hotel, and a birthday banner hanging on the wall! That made his day! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in luxury with a view.

We booked a beautiful room with a view of the water. A day into the stay we noticed an issue and called the front desk and we were immediately moved into the next available room. While it was not the same style room we had booked, Donovan the manager was extremely helpful and made the stay worth its while. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel, it was a good walkable distance from many fun places. Plus delicious restaurants both inside the hotel and right next door.

Sometimes the elevator was pretty busy but other than that I'd recommend staying here. Definitely will staying there again in the future.

Great location, friendly staff, love the roof and lobby bar. Rooms were fine. I would stay again if the price was right but definitely would not pay a premium.

Nice hotel in great location. We walked everywhere from there. The room was very clean and functional. Staff was very professional. My 2 complaints are that the roof top is unusable if you are middle age or above. It is packed with young people all the time, which is fantastic for them. I was in my 20s once and would have loved it too. But you can’t go have a quiet drink up there. Also, our room was on the bridge side of the hotel and noisy throughout the night. The downstairs bar is a great alternative.

Location of hotel was great. Lots of Boston is extremely walkable from here. Glass sliding doors to the bathroom needs to stop happening. It is fake fancy. This hotel has plenty of late night revelry outside, and traffic noise from the nearby bridge in case a quiet night's sleep is important to you. All in all this was fine.

The Envoy is perfectly and beautifully situated with great views of the Harbour from the rooftop deck and the Boston tea party. It is also a great location for walking to the historic sites of Boston, which there are many. The hotel itself is very modern, but their rooms are warm and well appointed. And the staff is always very helpful.

We didn’t want to leave our room it was so beautiful and peaceful ❤️.

Location, cleanliness, upbeat vibe, staff, decor and design, The chair in the room was ridiculous. Very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and well put together. The staff was very helpful with everything. The end room service was timely and the food good. The bar had a nice atmosphere. The Rooftop Bar was fun!

Room clean but extremely small. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and bar. It was Tall Ships week so there were literally 10,000 people in this area streets blocked off etc. It would have been nice for the hotel to only accommodate hotel guests. Couldn’t get near that rooftop bar since people came in from everywhere. No pool but knew that making the reservation. Along with being way overpriced for the accommodations.

Amazing reception staff; would come here just for how welcoming they were. Delivered a gift to the room for my fiancé's celebration - we felt very special! Thank you!
