Very good

We had a spacious room with a separate bedroom plus murphy bed in the living room. We enjoyed the large deck too. We didn't hear any others so we assume the walls are thicker which helped keep the evenings quiet. The breakfast really needs to be updated, canned fruit cocktail is a poor choice. The property needs some updating, especially the common area carpet is in disrepair. Front desk person had her head phones on when we walked by a few times which didn't feel very welcoming or friendly.

The room was large, staff was extremely helpful and nice. We did use the sleeper sofa for our teenage son and he could feel the bars through it because the mattress was thin. Breakfast was late coming out, so we ended up going across the street to a restaurant since we needed to leave early. Would stay again though and get a room with 2 beds.

The setting was very quiet - you can see the river on one side. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited in the selection available. Other reviews mentioned the bakery items, but the only bakery item was the croissants (pre-filled with ham and cheese). No hot food (although we knew this). None the less the overall stay was outstanding, and would definitely come back. Staff were lovely too :)

I have stayed in Bend many times. I found this place to be very well priced and level of amenities in the room. No pool but you don’t always need one. I will stay again.

Tammy and Erica were especially friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was a nice, convenient way to start the day with a good selection of options. One of the absolute highlights was the awesome view of the Deschutes River from our deck. It was such a peaceful setting and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Pine Ridge Inn to anyone visiting Bend!

Amazing place, beautiful stay and they upgraded my room to the suite free of charge! The staff was very helpful and great! Recommend staying here and will be coming back!

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are quite nice, and it's located in a nicer area of Bend. The lighting and room decor is warm and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Deschutes River was a nice place to have morning coffee. The breakfast was nothing special, but there is a complimentary drink offered upon check-in, which was a welcome amenity.

Comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staff. Easy check-in process with free drinks! When I arrived at the property, they upgraded me to a suite and no additional charge, was very happy with the extra space. Great location if you’re going to a concert at Hayden Holmes amphitheater it’s about a 15 minute walk to the concert venue and to the old Mill area.

Everything about the hotel is nice, however, overpriced. Clean, updated and wonderful staff. The free breakfast wasn’t very good. Maybe upgrade the options for guests and make more appetizing since the cost to stay one night was extremely high.

Decent breakfast each morning.

We love this hotel! Staff is limited but super nice when available. Rooms are old but very clean and comfortable. Location is awesome!
-
The only issue with the room is you could hear the people in the room above us. Other than that, it's an excellent place to stay.

Clean room with fireplace. Very good breakfast. outside seating. Nice location.

The location and cleanliness were wonderful We were locked out of our room, (the key wouldn’t work) our first night and waited (myself and my 2 young daughters) for 30 min for Bend patrol to come unlock our door

Free wine and front desk staff at check-in very friendly and welcoming. Location good. Breakfast was good with coffee and yogurt with fresh fruit compote. Other things available as well. Sheets on sofa bed needed to be changed after we checked in at our request due to dirty sheets. The replacements had holes in but were fine but not what I would have expected for the price of the room.Sofa bed really uncomfortable thin mattress. Toilet seat clean but really old and stained.

I give this hotel a rating of 120 out of 100. Great price! Great breakfast. Great location. Large outside deck. Quiet hotel. Free upgrade and huge room. Bonus-Jacuzzi tub in room. Great customer service and complementary drink upon arrival. We will definitely be back. N/A
