Chalet Motel

I was passing through Bend very late at night and I was very grateful that the manager or owner of the property was awake and allowed me to check in. I believe it was around midnight. I couldn't find anything else in Bend. It was on a Friday night and very grateful the motel obviously is not very fancy, but it was a clean bed to stay in and it didn't smell and like I said I was grateful that the manager answered the phone so that was awesome.

we got a small room, which I I have stayed in single before; the outlets and the lights have deteriorated even more and in most cases do not work. The door to the bathroom is missing hardware and can not be closed. After dark the property is hard to find because the neon sign out front. which is small to begin with, does not work

We were in a last minute pinch and maybe it was the owner, but he helped my friend and I out so much and was very kind. The room was fine! It was clean and cozy for 1 night.

The pool Hmm.. just the bed could be better!

It was a bed to sleep on Staff was rude staff blamed us for there mistake double booking the room then admitted to us he managed another hotel and it was that one room 2 but he interrogated us and made my patter show I’d like he was some kind of criminal the blankets were dirty the bathroom door didn’t close it had no latching mechanism and they had stuffed toilet paper in it to attempt to keep it closed! There was dark colored long hair all over the bathroom including stuck to the shower walls the floor the mirror and on the toilet seat! There was mold in the shower and under the sink! TV was tiny and set to Spanish! The room was stinky.

GROSSNESS BEYOND WORDS BUT I WILL DO MY BEST. having a hard time loading the photos without gagging plus my computer skills are not the best but you will get the gist. This is truly a "BOOGER WALL MOTEL" yep, we found boogers on the wall in the bathroom, white powder substance on the night stand. old food between the bed and the night stand (old eggs maybe) hairs everywhere, dried pee on the floor in front of the toilet, there was a portion of carpet in front of the bathroom that was saturated. There was crusty food on the top of the microwave and the fridge smelled like mold. We were not even able to save our food and were not willing to bring food back to the room it was so gross. When we complained about the room, the managers only concern seemed to be the wet spot on the floor so he brought us a towel to cover it with. The next day it had soaked throught the towl and turned it brown. We complained again and the manager said he would refund the 2nd night but we had to call Booking.com and still have not gotten our money back. For over 30 years of being married my wife and I have stayed at hundreds of motels for probably a Thousand Nights and this is by far the most disgusting gross Place we've ever seen.

Room was very clean and quite. The tub was a little slick to step into.

Great price for a place to sleep for the night in Bend.

It was walkable distance for a show at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. People were pleasant. Parked my car right outside my room.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property

The bathroom definitely need to have more attention paid while cleaning.

The room were clean for the most part. But you get what you pay for. The bed was clean as the bathroom. Floors could use some attention and mopped. There was no fan in the room and only had a small AC which kept the room cooled. Decoration was good looking I loved the glass and marble floors and decoration design.

Price for money was good. Rm 7 there was little to no internet and only one option given with low bands. Two more options were there but we weren’t allowed to use those. It was slow and would not let us stay on it for more than a few minutes and we needed it. The internet from restaurant next door worked better.

the Hotle was so dirty and have no soap or clean towel, so loud and the floor dirty and wet.

Comfortable bed. Large, quiet room. Responsive, helpful manager. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Pour, cheap remodel. No toilet paper when we arrived. No hangers in the closet. Had to ask for wifi details. Small bathroom and sink area.

Staff is very kind Wifi is great No bugs

The only thing i didnt like is the parking, its a little awkward, but totally manageable.
