Nice and clean... breakfast included.. all good besides the impossible sausage LoL and just like many places in this area.. no parking. there is a parking garage across the way though.. ( not included)

My rating is not a reflection of the quality of the hotel itself, but rather of how Booking.com handled my reservation and subsequent price-match request. I booked a two-night stay for approximately $400, and the price dropped to around $350 the following day. Before traveling, I contacted Booking.com customer service and was told to pay the hotel the original amount and that Booking.com would compensate me for the difference within 48 hours. After returning from my trip, I had received no update. I followed up several times over the course of more than a week. Booking.com then asked me to provide a screenshot of the lower price from their own website after the stay had already taken place—something I obviously could no longer access. I did, however, provide evidence of the lower price directly from the hotel's website for the same dates. Booking.com then questioned whether the lower rate included breakfast. I provided another screenshot clearly showing that breakfast was complimentary at the hotel and was not responsible for the price difference. Despite this, they still refused to honor the price match and effectively closed the matter without a satisfactory explanation. I have been using Booking.com for more than five years, and this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer-service experience. What should have been a simple price-match request turned into repeated follow-ups, shifting requirements, and a significant waste of time.

Tru By Hilton was truly a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

I feel I should begin by stating that I have never had any issues with Tru hotels in the past, but that was not the case this time. When we first checked in we learned that the offsite parking was a parking garage across the street from the hotel and that you had to pay every time you left the garage. Then after checking in our toilet in the room did not work, so we had to switch rooms. In the new room we found a roach skittering across the floor and then to top it off we saw several mice running around the front entrance of the hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff here was wonderful, but the overall hotel may have been the worst I’ve ever been to.

Great location within walking distance to aquarium, ships, water taxi. Room was clean, bathroom roomy. Very comfortable.
