The water fountain and decor at the front entrance were nice. They definitely represented Alaska. People at the front desk were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Bartender at happy hour and chef for morning breakfast. We’re always nice as well. Honestly, it was the happy hour and the breakfast that made the steak tolerable Reservation was messed up. I had told the lady on the phone I needed a reservation through Friday and it was booked through Thursday. When I tried to extend a day, I was being charged over $200 more for that day than I was the other days. We packed our bags and left. For two full days, there was trash left outside of two of the hotel rooms on our floor. I actually took pictures so that there were date stamped to show that I wasn’t making this up. Online description said there was a hot tub. Yes there was a hot tub, but they neglected to say that it wasn’t working! Huge loss!!!!! For the money that we pay daily, it’s a shame that I had to ask for service every day. I don’t expect somebody to come clean the entire room during our stay, but at least make the bed and make sure we have clean towels. For a Hilton, this should be bare minimum.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The rooms were very large. Comfy beds. Quiet. Lobby area was very nice with fireplace, library, pool table, etc. breakfast was ok. Things were running low by the time we got there but at least the empty coffee urn was replenished!

Great place and made-to-order omelets for breakfast were perfect, haven't had that at any other place we have stayed. Managers social hour(drinks/snacks), were a great addition. Highly recommend.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.

The shower had a zin pack left on the shower floor and hair on the shower shelf. Kids running down hallways until after 11pm. Person above us partying until 4:30am. Music was blarring so loud floor was shaking until after 11pm. Awful stay
