Clean great place to stay

La chambre avait un odeur d'humidité assez forte. Le déjeuner était vraiment ordinaire. Les saucisses était mauvaise de basse qualité, pas de gaufres, pas de patates, pas se beurre d'arachide, Je n'y retournerai pas

It's very dated. There were ants in the bathroom and we switched rooms.

The microwave in one of the rooms didn’t work . Asked for extra towels and never received

Unfortunately, our experience with the employee working the night shift in the lobby was very different. We were simply buying some water and happily talking because we were excited to see each other. He spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, told us to be quiet, and ordered us to move away from the reception area. His attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable. Aside from this unpleasant interaction, we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the rest of the staff, especially Maria.

Breakfast was fresh I just wish they had a little more variety kitchen area was very clean that's always a plus

The staff were exceptional.

Everything and everyone were great. We thought we were getting 2 queens, with a refrig and microwave. Instead, we got a suite which had a separate living area and a kitchenette (no stove). The room was spotless!!! The continental breakfast was really good. The only thing we couldn't do was swim in the pool the first two days (maintenance), but had a nice swim our last day.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and even though parking was 10.00 per night it offset the cost of the room. I would definitely stay again when I'm up that way.

Lovely room to nicely accommodate 5. The pool is too hot, please cool it off so we can cool off. And keep the pool hours open later until 11pm pretty please. The sink needs some pressure as it comes out too lightly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always nice and ready to go. Thank you! Plenty of parking.

I like the stay. It was neat and clean. All amenities were available. The staff were nice and helpful. I was surprised that I had to pay for daily parking in a hotel which was not included during my booking process. It was not informed until I checked in. This was an additional cost. So the cost was not truly accurate. Also some of the gym equipment amenities are in need of repair and were not working. As a respect to others visitors, a notice at the pool should instruct all pool users to be in bathing suits while using the pool and not completely nude, especially older kids and adults. Overall, the stay was great. I would book this place again. Thank you.

This hotel was great! We were only a quick drive to the Huntington metro station.

breakfast was subpar---

We booked a room for 5 people when we entered our room there was only 4 places to sleep. We were like okay it's the family so one of the kids will bunk with parents. So then with only 4 pillows we asked for a 5th. And by some amazing circumstances (i suspect lazyness) the hotel had no pillows at all not a 1! So now I'm sleeping getting kicked by a 7yo without now pillow!! Fun night after driving 5hrs.
