Front desk staff brenda very unfriendly They dont let you eat food outside the restaurants we wanted to have sushi from their restaurant let us ridiculous and eat it at the lobby bar and they didnt

Main pool wasn’t available. This wasn’t announced prior the arrival. Seats in restaurant for breakfast were very dirty.

The view to the ocean. The kindness of the service people. In front of the beach The elevators were not working properly and too crowed. The Restaurant La Chula to crowed and had to wait more than 20 minutes to seat for Breakfast. The check in line took also 30 minutes.

In general it was everything good but not excellent, breakfast is acceptable, however the food for my as Mexican is not the good enough, and the service is slower than expected, the cleaning was good but one night I found a cockroach in the bathroom of my room, It is missing one amenities in the area of the pool during the day as we can find in other places, some important thing which got me very uncomfortable was the ladies of sales, trying to sell to me memberships with extreme insistence I felt harassed
